Thesis, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. 2020 This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment mediation by work satisfaction in employees ajb bumiputera 1912. This research uses survey method with descriptive approach. The population in this study amounted to 162 respondents with a study sample of 110 respondents. The model used in this research is causal modeling or relationship and influence, or also called path analysis. To test the hypothesis that will be proposed in this study, the model match analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is operated using the SMARTPLS 3.0 program. In this study, a detection test of the effect of intervening variables was done through multiple tests. The results showed that perceived organizational support influences organizational commitment with work satisfaction as a mediation between the two. The original sample value of the influence of these three variables is 0,392 and t-statistic > 1.96 is 8,834. Furthermore, based on a p- value of 0,000 < 0.05, the perceived organizational support variable influences organizational commitment with work satisfaction as mediation, which has a significant indirect effect. Sobel test results got a value of 7,710, the value > 1.96, this proves that psychological capital is able to mediate the influence of authentic leadership on organizational commitment of 71,1%.
