This study aims determinate the effect of Gross Regional Bruto Domestic Product, Regional Minimum Wages, and Investment on Labor Absorption in Large and Medium Industrial sectors in Banten Province. The data in this study are secondary data about gross regional domestic product, regional minimum wages, investment and labor absorption. The data is obtained from panel data of 8 disticts/cities in Banten Province for 6 years from 2010 to 2016. The data analysis techniques uses regression analysis by using Fix Effect based on the result hausman test. The result showes that the Gross Regional Domestic Product did not have a effect on labor absorption, the Regional Minimum Wages has a negative but not significant effect on labor absorption. Meanwhile Investment has a signifikan positive effect on labor Absorption in Large and Medium Industrial in Banten Province.
