  • ABSTRACT Ayu Mustika. Correlation Between Creativity With Learning Achievement Of Student Office Administration SMKN 10 Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentration of Office Administration Study Program of Economics Education, Department Economics Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, 2012. The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know more the Correlation Between Creativity With Learning Achievement Of Student Office Administration SMKN 10 Jakarta. The research healed at SMKN 10 Jakarta for three months since April until June 2012. The method of this research is survey method with correlation approach. The population research was all of the office administration students with total 230 students, with 65 students for sampling. Data variables X and Y in this research is secondary data. Variable X (Creativity) were measured using secondary data in the form of the Creativity Quetioent (CQ) obtained by each student based on testing Verbal Creativity Test developed by the SC Utami Munandar with the validity test 0.51 and reliability test is about 0.94 to 0, 99. Then variable Y (Learning Achievement) was obtained from the average value contained in the raport cards rekapan Leger of XI AP 1 and 2 class semester four academic year 2011/2012. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y= 63,05+0,18X. After that data normally test by using Liliefors formula and the result is L = 0,0821 in significant level 0,05 and L table = 0,109, so L count < L . It mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and the result is F count (23,98) > F table (3,99). Showing that, it has significance regression. While regression linearity test, F table (0,87) < F (1,82), showing that regression is linear. The result of product moment of correlation coefficient test, is r table = 0,519 continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result, t xy count count = (4,82) while t = (1,67) and so, t Count > t . It means that there are significance correlations between creativity with student’s achievement. Besides that, the result of determination coefficient test is 26,94%, it means that Learning Achievement variable determined by 26,94% Creativity variable. The conclusion of the research have shown that there is a correlation between Creativity With Learning Achievement Of Student Office Administration SMKN 10 Jakarta.
