This study aimed to obtain information and knowledge based on data and facts legitimate and valid, reliable and credible about how much influence the big five personality, enjoyment, motivation, and attitude towards teachers in Jakarta intention to use the Tablet PC. This research started from January until May 2016. It used survey method with questionaire technic. Data was collected some teachers in Jakarta, involving 204 participants. Using exploratory data analysis (SPSS) and confirmatory factor analysis (AMOS). The results of this study are H1 (five big personality) has a critical ratio value of 1162 means the hypothesis is rejected because teachers in Jakarta does not have a good personality, so that teachers do not have a positive attitude to using a Tablet PC. H2 (pleasure) with a score of 4,326, which means the critical ratio is accepted. H3 (motiavsi) with a score of 1.504 which means the critical ratio this hypothesis is rejected dikarenkan teachers in Jakarta less have the urge to use the Tablet PC.H4 (attitude) with a score of 8088 critical ratio.
