The purpose of this research is: To find out 1) The description of work motivation, organizational commitment, and employee performance on PT X, 2) The influence of work motivation on the performance of PT X employees, 3) The influence of organizational commitment on performance of PT X employees. This research was conducted on 106 PT X employees. This research was conducted on 106 PT X employees. Data collection techniques using survey methods by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Then the data is processed using SPSS application version 22. This study uses descriptive and explanatory analysis techniques. Regression results show that there is a positive and significant effect between work motivation on employee performance, and also between organizational commitment on employee performance.
