The purpose of this study are: 1) To find out the description of motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of PT A employees, 2) To determine the effect of motivation on organizational commitment on PT A employees, 3) To determine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment on PT employees A. This research was conducted on 120 employees of PT A. Data collection techniques used survey methods by distributing questionnaires which were processed by SPSS 22. This research used descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of the regression showed that there is a positive and significant effect between work motivation on organizational commitment, and there is a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction on organizational commitment of PT A.
