This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation, learning readiness, and peer environment on the learning outcomes of class X accounting students in basic accounting subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Bogor. The population of this study was 105 students. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling to obtain a sample of 83 students. Test requirements analysis is done, the data are expressed in normal and linear distribution. Based on the analysis of the results of the study concluded that partially positive and significant effect (th1: 10,650; th2: 9,898; and th3: 10,112 each is greater than ttable: 1,990). While simultaneously obtained Fcount (154.444) is greater than Ftable (2.27) it can be concluded that the variables of learning motivation, learning readiness and peer environment have a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes by obtaining a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.393 and a coefficient of determination of 15.4% . This study found specifically the learning outcomes of class X accounting students in basic accounting subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Bogor influenced by learning motivation, learning readiness, and peer environment with an influence of 15.4% while 84.6% was influenced by other factors which is not researched.
