Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration in Human Resources, Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University The purpose of this study is: To find out 1) Description of the Effect of Job Satisfaction and Workload on Turnover Intention on PT Atoz Mega Indonesia Employees. 2) The effect of job satisfaction on Turnover Intention on PT Atoz Mega Indonesia Employees. 3) Effect of Workload on Turnover Intention on PT Atoz Mega Indonesia Employees This research was conducted on 36 employees of PT Atoz Mega Indonesia. Data collection techniques using survey methods by distributing questionnaires which are then processed with the PLS 3.0 program. This research uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of the T statistic for the first hypothesis are the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention of 5029 (greater than 1.96), and the p-value ≤ 0.05 of 0.000 (less than α = 0.05), then H0 hypothesis 1 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a negative and significant influence between job satisfaction on employee turnover intention of PT Atoz Mega Indonesia. Then, the results of the statistical T for the second hypothesis are the effect of workload on turnover intention of 4,450 (greater than 1.96), and a p-value of ≤ 0.05 of 0,000 (less than α = 0.05) then the H0 hypothesis 2 rejected and Ha accepted, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between workload on employee turnover intention of PT Atoz Mega Indonesia.
