This research aims to determine the evaluation of the implementation of the 4-year SMK program by knowing the level of employabality skills by focusing on seeing the results of the absorption of students who have graduated to get the job so that it can be known Program's level of achievement. This type of research is qualitative research. This research involves various parties such as deputy principal of school curriculum, deputy principal of infrastructure facilities and deputy public relations & partnerships as well as students. This evaluation uses the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) method. Data collection techniques using questionnaire, observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results showed that the implementation of SMK 4 year program in SMK N 26 Jakarta from the context aspects that include the background and the goal has a percentage of 100% achievement. Aspects of inputs covering the curriculum, teacher qualifications, infrastructure and financing of the 86.5% achievement percentage. The process aspect which includes learning process according to students ' perception by looking at how teachers provide material and learning practice in school has a percentage of 90.77% achievement. The final aspect of this study is that the product has an achievement of 92%. Based on the average percentage of the achievement, the implementation of the 4-year SMK program implemented can be declared "very good" but still need to be a little improvement and improved in several aspects and better in the future.
