This research was conducted for four months in October 2019 to January 2020. The population was affordable in this study. 105 companies. Based on Isaac and Michael's table, the number of samples in this study were 83 respondents. The technique of selecting respondents using proportional random sampling, using the proportional random method. For data management, researchers processed the questionnaire using a Likert scale. Variables work engagement (Y), Self-Efficacy (X1), and Meaning of Work (X2) are the primary data that form the research questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using the SPSS program version 25.0 began by searching for the analysis requirements test by using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test with the results of the Self-efficacy of 0.200, Meaning of work of 0.200, and work of 0.200, then using a linearity test with a significance of the linearity of self-efficacy of 0,000, the significance value on the linearity of meaning of work is 0,000, the classical assumption test using the heterokedaticity test in the Spearman 'rho test with the Sig. (2-tailed) self-efficacy variable is 0.701 and meaning of work variable is 0.826, because the value is more than 0.05 then there is no heterokedasticity, then using path analysis (path analysis), and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test.
