The research was conducted at MNC Radio Networks Central Jakarta. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and job involvement on organizational commitment on MNC Radio Networks employees. This research is from March 2017 until May 2017. The research method used is survey method with correlational approach. The total population of 120 employees, the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling is a simple retrieval technique with the member taking of the population at random and balanced as many as 89employees. The resulting regression equation is Y = 60,054 + 0,147X1 + 0,208X2. The reliability of the ogranization commitment (Y) is 0.899, the job satisfaction (X1) is 0.877 and the employment engagement (X2) is 0.860. From the test of normality there is from the variable Y = 0.679, X1 = 0.673, X2 = 0.786 then if> 0.05 then Ho received data can be concluded that the data is normally distributed. Test Multicollinearity Tolerance> 0.1 is 0.982 and VIF <10 is 1.018. Since Lhitung <Ltabel then the estimated error of Y over X is normally distributed. The regression linearity test yields Fcount <Ftable of 24.298 <3.10, so it is concluded that the regression equation is linear. From regression significance test yield Fcount > Ftable is 24,298> 3,10, so it can be concluded that the regression equation is significant. Then tested the significance of correlation coefficient by using t test and produce tcount = 3,667 and ttable = 1,66. Is positive and significant. Coefficient Determinant R2 is 0.361 Thus, the ability of job satisfaction variables and job involvement to explain the organization's commitment simultaneously is 36.1% Means there is a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and job involvement to organizational commitment.
