The purpose of this study is to find out: (1) Description of situasional leadership, work environment, and work discipline at PT Kusuma Abadi, (2) To determine the effect of situasional leadership on work discipline of employee at PT Kusuma Abadi, (3) To determine the effect of work environment on work discipline of employee at PT Kusuma Abadi, (4) Does situasional leadership and work environment have significant predictability towards PT Kusuma Abadi's work discipline. This study took a sample of 106 PT Kusuma Abadi’s employees. This study uses descriptive andanalysis explanatory. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Situasional leadership has a positive and significant influence on work discipline on PT Kusuma Abadi, (2) Work environment has a positive and significant influence on work discipline on PT Kusuma Abadi, (3) This research has fulfilling the F test / feasibility of the overall research model with Fcount of 42,830.
