This study aims to determine the Effect of Corporate Governance Monitoring Activities and Ownership Concentration on Board of Commissioners Compensation in Manufacturing Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 20132017. The dependent variable in this study is Board of Commissioners Compensation. The independent variable used in this study uses a mechanism of corporate governance monitoring activities consisting of the Frequency of Board of Commissioners 'Meetings and Board Size and Ownership Concentration. In addition this study adds control variables consisting of firm size and leverage. The research sample consisted of 215 observations and 43 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2017. This study provides empirical evidence that Board Size and Firm Size have a positive and significant effect on Board of Commissioners Compensation. Companies that have a large number of commissioners and large firm complexity will also provide higher compensation. Meanwhile, the frequency of board meetings, ownership concentration, and leverage do not have a significant effect on Board of Commissioners Compensation.
