Sholikhah M.M & Widya Parimita, SE., M.P.A The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job promotion on the turnover intention of PT BIJAK (Binajasa Abadikarya) Jakarta, to find a picture of the influence of work stress on the turnover intention of PT BIJAK (Binajasa Abadikarya) Jakarta. The study was conducted with 130 employees at the PT BIJAK (Binajasa Abadikarya) Company in Jakarta. Data collection techniques using survey methods that are distributing questionnaires which are then processed with the SPSS 22.0 program. This research uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. Data analysis techniques using SPSS version 22 to process and analyze research data. The results showed that the influence of job promotion on turnover intention, the influence of work stress on turnover intention.
