The purpose of this study are: To find out 1) Description of employee engagement, work spirituality and job satisfaction in UKM Awal Lestari Jaya employees, 2) Effect of work spirituality on employee engagement on UKM Awal Lestari Jaya employees, 3) Effect of job satisfaction on employee engagement on UKM Awal Lestari Jaya employees, 4) Model work spirituality research and job satisfaction can predict employee engagement in UKM Awal Lestari Jaya employees. This research was conducted on 30 UKM Awal Lestari Jaya employees. The technique of collecting data using survey methods by distributing questionnaires to respondents was then processed using the SPSS version 22 program. This study used descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of the regression show that there is a positive and significant influence between work spirituality on employee engagement, then there is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction on employee engagement, and research models of work spirituality and job satisfaction can predict the employee engagement of UKM Awal Lestari Jaya employees with that value Fcount (5,446)> Ftable (3.35) and significance (0.010 <0.05).
