The purpose of this study are: 1. To find out the description of organizational commitment, non-financial compensation, and employee job satisfaction of PT Pupuk Indonesia Logistik, 2. To test and analyze the influence of organizational commitment on PT Pupuk Indonesa Logistik employee job satisfaction, 3. To test and analyze the effect of non-financial compensation on employee job satisfaction of PT Pupuk Indonesia Logistik. This study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method to analyze data. The research model used in this study uses descriptive explanatory. This research was conducted on 66 employees, with a purposive sampling technique. The technique of collecting data uses a survey method, namely spreading questionnaires which are then processed with a SmartPLS 3.2.7 program. The results of PLS show there is a positive and significant influence of organizational commitment and non-financial compensation on employee job satisfaction of PT Pupuk Indonesia Logistik.
