The purpose of this study are: 1) To find out how the description of organizational commitment, work environment and job satisfaction of employees BPKP Head Office, 2) To find out whether there is an influence between organizational commitment to job satisfaction of employees BPKP head office, 3) To find out whether there is an influence between work environment towards the work satisfaction of BPKP Central Office employees. The study was conducted on 75 Headquarters BPKP employees. Data collection techniques using survey methods that are distributing questionnaires which are then processed with the SPSS 22 program. This research uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of the regression show that there is a positive and significant effect between organizational commitment to job satisfaction, there is a positive and significant effect between work environment on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with Fcount> Ftable (0.823> 0.227) and significance (0.000 <0.05). R2 value of 0.646 or (64.60%). This shows that 64.60% of job satisfaction is explained by factors of organizational commitment and work environment.
