The purpose of this research ware to determine the effect of Customer Experience on Customer Satisfaction, Customer Expectation on Customer Satisfaction, Destination Image of Customer Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction on Revisit Intention, Customer Experience on Revisit Intention, and Destination Image on Revisit Intention. The data collection method uses a survey with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. This research sampled 200 respondents who visited the strawberry farm in Ciwidey, Bandung. Data analysis techniques in this research using SPSS version 22 and AMOS version 23 to process the research data. The results showed that Customer Experience had a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, Customer Expectation had a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, Destination Image had a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction had a positive effect on Revisit Intention, Customer Experience had a positive effect on Revisit Intention, and Destination Image had a positive effect on Revisit Intention.
