Study Program of Commerce Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2015. &#xD; This study aimed to obtain information and knowledge based on data or facts right (valid, true, valid) and trustworthy (reliable, reliable) about the relationship between achievement motivation and the performance of teachers at Vocational School in Central Jakarta. &#xD; This study was conducted over four months from the month of March 2015 to June 2015. The method used was survey method. The population in this study is a teacher at SMK in Central Jakarta, amounting to 690 teachers, affordable populations totaling 463 teachers civil servants and the sample are 50 teachers using random sampling technique. &#xD; Data collection techniques using the technique of recording documents, interviews and questionnaires. To collect data Teacher Performance (Y) is obtained by asking the teacher performance appraisal data to the school, while data Achievement Motivation (X) obtained by giving questionnaires to respondents. &#xD; Data analysis technique used is the test requirements analysis consisting of test for normality and linearity test, linear regression, hypothesis testing consisting of f-test and t-test. Based on the results of data analysis can be seen that there is a partial correlation between achievement motivation and teacher performance. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed value of tcount 4.80&gt; 1.68 ttabel. The regression equation obtained was &#x176; = 67,617 + 0,196 X.
