ANALISIS TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM), TASK-TECHNOLOGY FIT DAN USER SATISFACTION PADA APLIKASI PEMANGGIL TAKSI SECARA DARING DI JAKARTA

- This study aims to reconfirm the existence of dispute that occurs in the TAM model. besides that in this study also combines the TAM model with other variables to then test the integrated model. In this study, a total of 339 respondents will be used for the entire sample taking in Jakarta. The method used is confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to test path analysis by operating AMOS 22. There will be ten hypotheses to be tested and there are four hypotheses testing through intervening variables by doing Sobel tests. The results of this study state that all proposed hypotheses can be accepted. So it is confirmed that the TAM model modified with TTF and User Satisfaction can be used in testing of the Ride-Hailing Aplication as an object.
