  • This study aims to analyze self-efficacy and job satisfaction with organizational commitment with career commitment as a mediating variable study in the employees of head office PT. Jasindo Insurance (Persero). The sample in this study has total amount 150 respondents. Data collection in this study was carried out using a survey method that is by using a questionnaire. The method used is a structural equational model (SEM) using SPSS 22 and AMOS 22 software. There are 5 hypotheses in this study. The results of the study stated that all proposed hypotheses were accepted, self-efficacy and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with career commitment as a mediator.
