- YOLANA. 8105152011. The Influence of Learning Style and Learning Motivation on Learning Outcome in Subjects of Economics Class X and XI Social Science in SANDIKTA Senior High School. Faculty of Economy, State University of Jakarta 2019. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence between the variable learning styles and learning motivation on learning outcomes of economic subjects in X and XI social class in SANDIKTA High School. The research method used in this study is the survey method. The population in this study were 606 students in SANDIKTA High School students. Affordable population in this study were 195 students of X and XI social class of SANDIKTA High School. The sample used was 127 students of X and XI social class with proportional random sampling technique. Data on Learning Outcomes variable (Y) is secondary data, Learning Style variable (X1) and Learning Motivation (X2) are primary data using a Likert scale model. The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 25.0 with data analysis using path analysis. The findings of the path analysis show that there are: (a) the direct effect of visual style on learning outcomes of 0.210 with tcount 3,550, the direct effect of auditory style on learning outcomes of 0.232 with tcount 3,667, the effect of kinesthetic direct styles on learning outcomes of 0.301with tcount 4,798, (b) direct influence of visual styles on motivation learning is 0.193 with tcount 2,409, the direct influence of auditory style on learning motivation is 0.336 with tcount 4,079, the direct effect of kinesthetic style on learning motivation is 0.321 tcount 3,924, (c) the effect of visual style on learning outcomes in total is 0.311 which includes a direct effect of 0.210 and indirect effects through learning motivation 0.101, the influence of auditory style on total learning outcomes of 0.345 includes a direct effect of 0.232 and indirect effects through learning motivation of 0.113, the effect of kinesthetic style on learning outcomes in total of 0.448 includes a direct effect of 0.301 and indirect effects through learning motivation of 0.147, and (d) the direct effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes by 0.490 with tcount 7,351. Test coefficient determination (R Square) amounted to 59,9%, i.e. each variable X1 and X2 contributed to the influence of 59,9% to 40,1% Y and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined.
