This research aims to determine the effect of parental attention and learning motivation on the learning achievement on class X at SMK Pusaka 1 Jakarta. The research was conducted a 5-month dive from March 2019 to July 2019. The research method used is a survey method with a regression approach. The population in this study was 620 students of SMK Pusaka 1 Jakarta and for the affordable population is the all the class of X which amounted to 195 students. The sampling techniques in this study were proportional random sampling or randomized proportional techniques, hence the samples in this study as much as 123 respondents. Based on the analysis of the analyzable requirements, data has been distributed to the normal and linear relationship. Based on the classical assumption test, in the multicollinearity test, there is tolerance from parental attention and the learning motivation of 0.561 > 0.1 and VIF value of 1.781 < 10. While the test results are heteroscedasticity parental attention through Spearman's rho, the significance value is 0.209 > 0.05 and the value of the learning motivation significance 0.174 > 0.05. Furthermore the acquired regression equation is Ý = 72.890 + 0.131X1 + 0.061X2. Based on the hypothesis test, the test results of F (F_hitung > F_tabel) are 61.177 > 3.07. Furthermore, based on the test T then (T_hitung > T_tabel or 〖-t 〗 _count < 〖-T 〗 _ table), i.e. parental attention of 6.072 > 1.979 and the learning motivation of 2.905 > 1.979. The simultaneous test of the coefficient of determination, parental attention and the learning motivation simultaneously affects the learning achievement of 50.5% and 49.5% are influenced by other factors not researched. The conclusion of this research is there is a significant influence between the parental attention and the learning motivation on the learning achievement of class X at SMK Pusaka 1 Jakarta.
