This study has the aim of knowing the effect of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention Employees at The Sultan & Residence Hotel, Central Jakarta. This research was conducted for three months starting from April 2019 to June 2019. The research method used was a survey method with a regression approach. Affordable population in this study was 114 hotel employees. The sample used in this study was 82 employees. Data variable Y (Turnover Intention), variable X1 (Job Stress) and data variable X2 (Job Satisfaction) for Y are primary data and X1 and X2 are primary data. The data analysis technique uses SPSS version 24.0. The value of Ftable is 3.111. So that Fcount of 12.935> Ftable value of 3.111 can be concluded that work stress and job satisfaction simultaneously influence turnover intention. T test produces Thitung X1 (2,082) ≥ T table (1,66437) and Thitung X2 (3,040) abel T table (1,66437). The regression equation in this study is Ŷ = 29.782 + 0.189 X1 + 0.313 X2. The influence of the dependent variable can be seen from the value of the coefficient of determination (R square), the amount of which is 24.7% while the rest is 75.3%. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention of employees at The Sultan & Residence Hotels.
