This research aims to know the existence of the influence of job satisfaction and work environment against the organizational citizenship behavior on PT WIKA Building TBK in the project construction of the West side of the National Police Headquarters. This research was conducted for approximately 3 months from May to July 2019. The methods used in this research is a survey method. The sample used in this study as many as 84 employees with proportional random sampling techniques. Variable data Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) is the primary data that uses a questionnaire with likert scale model replica. Variable data job satisfaction (X 1) and the work environment (X 2) is the primary data using likert scale model. Technical data analysis in this research using SPSS 24.0. F test results in table ANOVA produces an F count 87.512 > F table of 3.11, this means job satisfaction and work environment a positive effect against OCB. Test t to calculate X 1 5.440 > t table 1.989, can be concluded there is a positive and significant influence between the job satisfaction against the OCB. Then compute X 2 t t > 3.185 1.989, tables can be concluded there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment against the OCB.
