  • IRMA YANTI HADI. 8105150465. Contribution of Procedural Justice and Organizational Rewards to Affective Commitment with Perceived Organizational Support as Mediator (Study of Medika Lestari Hospital’s Employees, Ciledug, Tangerang, Banten). Scientific Paper, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Concentration in Office Administration Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, July 2019. Many previous studies have confirmed that procedural justice and organizational awards are antecedents of perceptions of organizational support, and perceptions of organizational support can mediate the antecedent role of affective commitment. This study aims to add to the literature review related to research on perceptions of organizational support theory developed by Eisenberger et al (2002), involving four research variables, namely affective commitment, perceived organizational support, organizational rewards and procedural justice. This research was conducted at Medika Lestari Hospital for five months starting from March to July 2019. The research method used was a survey method with approaches, correlations, path coefficients and the effect of intervening variables. Respondents in this study were 125 employees of Medika Lestari Hospital who had basic tasks and work functions directly related to service to patients, determined by using simple random sampling. Statistical techniques of Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) were used to prove all hypotheses in this study. The results showed that all variables had a positive and significant influence, with the following results: procedural justice had a positive and significant effect on the perception of organizational support with a coefficient of 0.508 and p-values 0.00 <0.05; procedural justice has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment with a coefficient of 0.327 and p-values 0.00 <0.05; organizational awards have a positive and significant effect on the perception of organizational support with a coefficient of 0.456 and p-values <0.05; organizational awards have a positive and significant effect on affective commitment with 0.280 and p-values 0.00 <0.05; and perceptions of organizational support have a positive and significant effect on affective commitment with a coefficient of 0.381 and p-values 0.00 <0.05. The perception of organizational support mediates positively and significantly the effect of procedural justice on affective commitment with a coefficient of 0.194 and p-values of 0.01 <0.05; and the perception of organizational support mediates positively and significantly the effect of organizational awards on affective commitment with a coefficient of 0.174 and pvalues 0.01 <0.05.
