This study aims to find out whether there is an influence between entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy towards the interest in entrepreneurship of class XI students of SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. This research was conducted for three months, starting from April 2019 to June 2019. The research method used was a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta with affordable populations, all students of class XI (ten) in Office Administration (AP), totaling 179 students. The sample used in this study was 114 students with a proportional random technique. Bariabel Y data (Entrepreneurial Interest), X1 (Entrepreneurship Knowledge), and X2 (Self Efficacy) are primary data using a Likert scale model questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses SPSS 22.0. The results of the F ANOVA table test produce F count (15,838)> Ftable (3.08), this means that simultaneously X1 and X2 are related to Y. The t test produces t count X1 (5,036)> t table (1,981), it can be concluded that there are positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial knowledge on the interest in entrepreneurship. Then t count X2 (2,711)> t table (1,981), it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy on the interest in entrepreneurship. Based on the results of data analysis, the multiple regression equation Y = 34,742 + 0,454X1 + 0,190X2 was obtained. Test the coefficient of determination (R2) which is equal to 0.222 or 22.2%, ie each variable X1 and X2 contributes influence of 22.2% to Y and the remaining 77.8% is influenced by other factors not examined.
