- ABIASTI RAHMI HUDAYANI, 8105151701. The Effect of Work Motivation and Principal's Leadership on the Performance of Accounting Teachers in South Jakarta. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and leadership of school principals on teacher performance. This research was conducted in January-July 2019. The research method used was a survey method. The research population was 50 South Jakarta Accounting Teachers, and the sample used in this study was 44 teachers using simple random sampling. Variable data Y (Teacher Performance), X1 (Work Motivation), and X2 (Principal Leadership) are primary and secondary data using a Likert scale model. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 25.0. F test results in the ANOVA table produce a count of (28,965)> F table (3.23), this means that work motivation (X1) and Principal Leadership (X2) simultaneously have an influence on Teacher Performance (Y). The t test produces t arithmetic Work Motivation (X1) (2,920)> t table (2,280) and variable Leadership Leadership School (X2) (4,204)> t table (2,019), then there is a positive influence of Work Motivation (X1) on Teacher Performance (X1) Y) and Principal Leadership (X2) on Teacher Performance (Y). Based on the analysis of these data, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence of Work Motivation and Principal's Leadership on Teacher Performance. The results of the study have a multiple regression equation Y = 135,944 + 0,897X1 + 1,677X2 .. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 55.2%, namely each variable of Work Motivation X1 and School Leadership Leadership X2 contributed an influence of% on Teacher Performance Y .
