WINDI DWI LUTHFIYAH. “The Influence of Total Member, Business Volume, Capital and Asset on Net Income of Cooperative in Central Java” This study aims to study the effect of the number of members, the volume of business, capital and assets on the rest of the cooperative business results in Central Java. The data used are secondary data taken by the Central Java Cooperative and UMKM Office. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the partial amount does not involve the residual results of operations, the volume of business affects the residual results of operations, capital does not affect the residual results of operations and assets related to the remaining results of operations. Simultaneously the number of members, business volume, capital and assets together are related to the remaining operating results. Keyword : Total Member, Business Volume, Capital, Asset
