Economic Education, Faculty Of Economics, State University Of Jakarta, 2019 This study aims to determine the effect of Inflation, Foreign Exchange Reserves and Economic Growth on Exchange Rates. The background of this research is the condition of the change of weakening exchange rate.This study uses Error Correction Model and Ordinary Least Square used as a method to determine the long-term and short-term relationships and the significance of the influence between the variables studied. In this study, the results show that there is a partial significance between the variable inflation to the variable exchange rate of 0.000, variable foreign exchange reserves to the variable exchange rate of 0.0000 and variable economic growth to the variable exchange rate of 0.0023 and simultaneously at 0.0000. Then there is the long-term relationship of the independent variable to the dependent variable on the order level whereas for the short-term relationship there is a short-term relationship between the inflation and foreign exchange reserves to exchange rate but there is no short-term relationship between the variable economic growth and exchange rate.
