Jakarta : Fakulty of Economics, Jakarta State University. 2019 The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the Islamic cooperative knowledge variable (X1) and service quality (X2) on saving intentions (Y). This research is a quantitative study with the method used is a survey method with a correlational approach. This is because the data used for testing comes from samples from populations. Then, the sampling technique in this study used the cluster sampling technique with the fraction per cluster sampling formula for sub-population samples and using the Slovin formula for individual samples to produce a sample of 237 respondents spread in the Kramat area of teak and Pondok Gede, East Jakarta. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate the influence of Islamic cooperative knowledge variable (X1) and service quality (X2) on saving intention (Y) partially or simultaneously.
