Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2019. This research was conducted at the Indosat Cooperative, for three months from May to July 2019. The method used in this study was a survey method with an ex post facto approach that uses primary data for independent and bound variables, namely jobdemands and work engagement as influencing variables. and the dependent variable is job satisfaction as an affected variable. The data used by researchers is quantitative data. Data analysis was carried out by analyzing primary data using path analysis models. The population in this study were all of the 100 Cooperative Indosat employees. . In sampling using a saturated sampling technique or census, the Census is a technique of determining samples if all members of the population are used as samples, so the number of samples in this study is 100 people. The results of this study include: 1) There is a negative and significant influence on the job demands to job satisfaction. 2) There is a negative and significant influence on the job demands to work engagement. 3) There is a positive and significant influence on work engagement to job satisfaction. 4) There is a negative influence on the job demands on job satisfaction through work engagement.
