The purpose of this study is: 1) Description of transformational leadership, organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees of PO Putra Karya Jasa Usaha. 2) Influence of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees of PO Putra Karya Jasa Usaha. 3) Influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees of PO Putra Karya Jasa Usaha. 4) The research model of transformational leadership and organizational culture can predict organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees of PO Putra Karya Jasa Usaha. This research was conducted on 113 employees of PO Putra Karya Jasa Usaha. Data collection techniques use survey methods by distributing questionnaires to respondents, then processing using the SPSS version 24 application. This study uses descriptive and explanatory analysis techniques. The results of the regression show that there is a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership styles on organizational citizenship behavior, then there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior. Then the transformational leadership research model and organizational culture can predict organizational citizenship behavior employees of PO Putra Karya Jasa Usaha with Fcount (9,213) > Ftable (3.08) and significance (0,000 <0,05).
