Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, 2019. This Study aims to determine empirically about the efeect of solvency, profitability, liquidity and company size on sukuk ratings. This study uses a purposive sampling in determining sample selection. The samples used were 12 companies consisting of financial and non-financial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The number of data samples for the five years of the study period was 60 data. Hypothesis testing in this study uses the ordinal logistic regression analysis method. Based on testing that has been done, the conclusion of the results of this study states that solvency has a significant positive effect on sukuk ratings, while profitability, liquidity and company size do not significantly influence sukuk ratings.
