This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and learning outcomes to students in SMK 2 Jakarta. This study was conducted over four months from March to June 2015. The method used was survey method with the correlational approach. The study population was all students in SMK 2 Jakarta. Affordable population in this study were students of class X and XI of the marketing department. The samples used were 58 people by using simple random technique. Based on F test known that the value of the linear regression Fhitung (0.60) <F table (1.87). A positive relationship between self-concept and learning outcomes on student SMK Negeri 2 Jakarta can be shown from the value t = 5,218> t table = 1.65, meaning that the higher self concept, the higher the learning outcomes, otherwise if the concept will lead to low self-esteem low learning outcomes as well. The value of the variable self-concept and learning outcomes of Y = 64.24 + 0,17X. The relationship between self-concept (variable X) with learning outcomes (variable Y) are linearly and significantly with the value of regression Fhitung (27.23)> F table (4.02) and the value of the linear regression Fhitung (0.60) <F table (1, 87). Results of student learning SMK Negeri 2 Jakarta is determined by the self-concept of 32.27% and the remaining 67.73% influenced by other factors, namely physical condition, motivation to learn, the school environment and level of intelligence.
