  • AMGGUN NOVITASARI, The Correlation between Learning Readiness and Discipline Learning with Learning Achievement in 47 State Vocational School Students in Jakarta. This research was conducted in 47 VHS Jakarta, for six months, starting from December to June 2018. The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between learning readiness and discipline learning with learning achievement in 47 State Vocational School Students in Jakarta. The research method used is correlation approach, population used are student in 47 VHS Jakarta. The sampling technique used simple random sampling as many as 120 people. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ= 55,752 + 0,222 X1 and Ŷ= 57,503 + 0,215 X2. Test requirements analysis that estimates the error normality test regression with Kolmogorov-Smirnov test with significance level (α) = 5% or 0,05 estimates significance level is > 0.05 it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed and can be used. Then performed the test significance correlation coefficient using t test and the resulting tcount > ttable, Y on X1 tcount = 2,886 and ttable =1,65798 and performed the test significance correlation coefficient using t test and the resulting tcount > ttable, Y on X2 tcount = 3,142 and ttable = 1,65798. It can conclude that is possitive and significant. The coefficient of determination Y on X1 obtained by 0,066 indicating that, 6,6% variable learning achievement is determined by learning readiness and The coefficient of determination Y on X2 obtained by 0,077 indicating that, 7,7% variable learning achievement is determined by discipline learning. Key word: Learning Achievement, Learning Readiness, Discipline Learning
