This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of religiosity, retaliation, and the whistleblowing system on whistleblowing intentions. The period in this study is 2019. This study uses primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to DKI Jakarta Provincial Government employees in 2 DKI Jakarta type D hospitals. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The number of samples obtained was 80 respondents. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this study were processed using SPSS 21. The results showed that religiosity and retaliation had no effect on whistleblowing intentions, while the whistleblowing system had a positive effect on whistleblowing intentions.
