This study was conducted to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of personality, professional commitment, and job stress on dysfunctional behavior auditor. This study used primary data with a sample of senior auditors working at the Public Accounting Firm in the East Jakarta area. The sampling technique uses the Proportional Random Sampling method with 52 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses the method of multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that partial personality has a significant negative effect on auditor dysfunctional behavior, professional commitment has a significant positive effect on auditor dysfunctional behavior, and work stress does not affect auditor dysfunctional behavior. Simultaneously personality, professional commitment, and work stress have a significant positive effect on auditor dysfunctional behavior.
