This research was conducted for four months from February to May 2019. The research method used is the survey method. The population in this study are all teachers who teach at private vocational school teachers in East Jakarta. The affordable population in this study are teachers who teach the accounting major at the Private Vocational High School in East Jakarta, amounting to 140 teachers. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling, determining the number of samples using the Issac and Michael tables as many as 100 teachers. The variable data (Y) teacher performance is secondary data obtained from the recapitulation of teacher performance owned by schools that are used as research samples. While the variable data on work discipline (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) were obtained from questionnaires using the Likert scale. From the requirements test performed, the data stated normally and linearly distributed, there was no multicollinearity with multiple regression equations Ŷ = 54,272 + 0,175
