Thesis, Jakarta : Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2019. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction on employees of PT. OOCL in Jakarta. This research was conducted for four months, starting from April 2019 to July 2019. The research method used was the survey method. The population in this study amounted to 135 respondents. Based on Isaac and Michael's table with 135 respondents, the number of samples in this study were 95 respondents. The technique of selecting respondents uses proportional random sampling, which uses proportional random methods. For processing data, researchers processed questionnaires using the Likert Scale (Likert scale). The data analysis technique used is the first simple regression test, the two test requirements analysis, which consists of a normality test and a linearity test; third hypothesis test consisting of t test and F test; and the last is the calculation of the coefficient of determination analysis. Job Satisfaction variable (Y), organizational culture variable (X) is the primary data derived from the research questionnaire, Based on the test requirements analysis, the data has been normally distributed and has a linear relationship. Then the regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 8.176 + 0.614X. Furthermore, based on the hypothesis test, the F test results are (Fstatistics> Ftable), which is equal to 1063.455> 3.94. Furthermore, based on the t test, the value of tcount is 32,960 which is t table of 1,986. This means that there is a significant influence of organizational culture variables on job satisfaction because of tvalue> t table. The coefficient of determination R2 is 0.9196, which indicates that the organizational culture variable (X) has a simultaneous effect on job satisfaction (Y) of 91.96% Keywords: Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction
