Diploma of Office Administration Study Program. Faculty of Economic. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Industrial Era 4.0 has create renewal in every aspect of life. One of them is digitalisation in office’s field, that makes change from conventional way to electronical way. The change is applied to mail management using electronic application. This research analyze the implementation application of electronic mail management in, Kementerian Pertanian RI. It’s using analytical methode. From the analysis can be seen that there were some problem. First, the application’s facility is not supported enough to do more and the human resource haven’t been supported the implementation of this application of electronic mail management, so the implementation doesn’t work yet. The result of the research found that theey should redesign the application and should more guidance and direction for the human resource in using the application.
