This scientific work aims to find out about the Analysis of Employee Discipline in the Application of Attendance Machine (Finger Print) at the Health Facilities Security Center (BPFK) Jakarta. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis with methods of collecting data through literature and observation. From the results of this study, it can be seen that the Discipline Analysis of Employees in the Application of the Attendance Machine (Finger Print) at the Health Facilities Security Center (BPFK) in Jakarta has not been implemented properly. This can be seen from the lack of discipline of employees and finger print machines sometimes still experiencing problems. Keywords: Discipline, Application of finger print
