This paper has a purpose to know about e-correspondence management systems at Secretariat General of the Indonesia of Ministry of Finance that used Naskah Dinas Elektronik (NADINE application). Research method that used is descriptive analysis, with searching data through library and observation. From the result of writing can be know to find out the implementation of Naskah Dinas Elektronik (NADINE application) as automated reords correspondence system in Secretariat General of the Indonesia of Ministry of Finance has been good. But there are some obstucles as human resources with less competent, and inadequate infrastructure. And to deal with these problems can be needed training and development to provide technology and computer for doing the job.
