This scientific work is a forum for introducing E-Office from being something new in becoming a correspondence solution for the Indonesian Credit Guarantee Company. The method carried out in this scientific work is to use descriptive analysis with a method of collecting various data through literature review, observation and practice. From the results, it was found that the use of this E-Office system played an important role in assisting various correspondence activities of correspondence to archiving. And this system is still very long in development, the role of all users is needed to support government breakthroughs to help digitize jobs and maximize results.
