This Scientific Work was written aimed at describing and knowing how to develop human resources in the Legal Collateral unit of Document Management I PT. Bank Q (Persero) Tbk. The method used in writing this Scientific Work is descriptive analysis. Data collection is done through observation and interviews. Based on the results of research on human resource development, it shows that the problems that occur at this time are not easy to find professional human resources, because most of the human resources who work in banking are not from banking education backgrounds, so it is necessary to improve the quality of human resources.
