Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This scientific work was made with purpose to know more about the management of dynamic records contained in Kementerian Sosial Republik Indonesia. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis method with a method of collecting data from observation and literature. From the results of these studies it is known that in managing dynamic record that must be considered also in term of the layout where the archive is stored properly to avoid factors that can damage the archive, and also attention to retention schedules how long the archive is stored and mush be destroyed to reduce the volume of archive storage. Keyword : understanding of archive, dynamic archive, archive retention schedule, archive management, facilities and infrastructure
