State University Of Jakarta. This paper aims to find out about archivist of work discipline at Bogor Regency government office. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with data collection method though observation and literature study. From the results of writing can be seen that archivist need to have good behavior. The need for supervision and regulation to be obeyed and as a guideline, so that it can creat appropriate dicpline of work because discipline of work archivist will affect the work results in the management of records. If the archivist can be disciplined, the archivist can manage the archive properly. Key Word : Archivist, Discipline of work
