Diploma of Office Administration Study Program. Faculty Of Economic. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This Scientific Paper aims to know how the working motivation of employees and how to provide working motivation from the leader to all employees on Directorate of Contamination Recovery and Emergency Response of Hazardous Toxic Material. The methods used in this research is descriptive analysis with data collection through the observation, interview, and study of literature. From the results of the Scientific Paper, it can be known that the level of employees working motivation is still low, it seen from the lack of responsibility of employees for their working time, and giving working motivation from the leader that is uneven to all employees. To deal with the problem, more strict sanctions are needed, giving rewards to employees who are responsible for their working time, and giving working motivation evenly from the leader to all employees.
