Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This Scientific Work aims to find out about archival storage facilities at the PT X Special Asset Management Directorate. The method used in this Scientific Work is a descriptive analysis method with data collection techniques through library observation and study. From the results of the writing it can be seen that the limitations of archive facilities occur because of the large number of archival receipts and archival storage procedures that are irregular so as to cause archive buildup and lack of available archive storage equipment such as absence of guides, and rarely carried out assessments, depreciation and destruction of records. So that causes limited archive storage facilities that cause the accumulation of archives. Keywords: Archives, Storage Facilities
