This Scientific Paper has a purpose to find out the ethics work of secretary
at Investor Relation Unit PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The methods used
in this research is descriptive analysis by using data collection method through
observation and literature study.
From the results of the study can be known that to become a professional
secretary and expert in its field required the presence of ethics, good personality
and self-discipline. So it can improve work effectiveness in the company.
